MyPro is blessed to have retired marine Chris O’Shea provide disciplined service to our community. Chris joined the United State Marine Corp in 1999 and served our country for 20 years. Previously, Chris worked with a new home builder and developed a wealth of knowledge applicable to MyPro’s products and services.

After retiring in 2019, his experience and routine regiments continue as he lives by the ethos of God, Family, and Country. Chris enjoys giving time back and being his sons’ #1 fan in sports endeavors. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, physical fitness, and a deep passion for music.

Eric Rausch brings a strong blend of entrepreneurial experience, operational leadership, and customer-focused project management to the MyPro Tribe. As a former roofing company owner, he understands the industry firsthand and joined MyPro to leverage its proven systems and infrastructure while focusing on delivering outstanding results for property owners.

Before roofing, Eric spent nearly two decades managing multiple locations for a national restaurant brand, where he developed exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills. His ability to assess needs, solve problems, and build trust makes him a valuable advocate for clients throughout their projects.

As a Project Manager, Eric is committed to clear communication, attention to detail, and ensuring every project is completed with professionalism and excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active through fitness, and making the most out of every opportunity life provides.

Bobby Andrews is an avid hunter and father of 1, who grew up in Irving, Texas. Shortly after high school, he entered the construction world. Learning many trades from interior trim carpentry to custom fabricating kitchen countertops, he gained experience at a young age to continue his career in the construction field. After getting into the flood and fire restoration side of the industry, he gained more experience in dealing with Insurance companies and property mitigation.

In 2012, Bobby decided that roofing and construction was a better fit for his abilities to work closely with customers and crews and became a valuable team member to MyPro Construction.

Robert “RVO” VanOrman is an experienced Project Manager known for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. With a strong focus on communication, organization, and client satisfaction, he works closely with property owners to guide projects from initial consultation through final completion. Robert takes pride in building trust, managing details with precision, and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

A man of faith who values God, family, and serving others, Robert brings purpose and dedication to both his work and personal life. His leadership style combines accountability, positivity, and a solutions-focused mindset, helping clients navigate the construction process with confidence and peace of mind. Whether coordinating complex projects or supporting clients throughout their roofing journey, Robert is committed to providing a professional experience that reflects MyPro’s commitment to being Professional, Ethical, and Experienced.

Jace grew up in East Texas where he started growing his family and career as a restaurateur. After opening and running several locations, including a swanky jazz bar, Jace decided it was time for a change.

“MyPro’s Company culture and strong moral beliefs is what drew me to MyPro,” per Jace. MyPro is super blessed to have his top-notch communication and management skills to fulfill our construction production on the level we hold ourselves accountable to.

In his spare time, Jace enjoys coaching his two sons and supporting our Texas Rangers baseball team!

Michelle brings a wealth of industry-specific expertise to MyPro, backed by deep software knowledge and top-tier credentials. Her background allows her to streamline our construction production process in ways that truly elevate the experience for our clients — a blessing we’re grateful for every day.

When she’s not keeping our operations tight, Michelle enjoys country living and quality time with her ever-growing crew of grandkids and loved ones. With sharp communication, unmatched organization, and what we like to call “ninja-level” attention to detail, Michelle keeps MyPro running smooth and steady.

Jared grew up in Mansfield Tx. and currently resides there after serving our country in the Military and local community with the Fire Department. He loves the outdoors, hunting and focusing on improving health for a life full of adventure!

Per Jared, he leads his family and others with the focus of “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord.” Col 3:23

Raised by a top-tier State Farm agent, Josh learned professionalism, ethics, and a relentless work ethic early on. After earning a Business degree from Hardin-Simmons University, he pursued entrepreneurship—owning a music studio, a landscaping company, and working with State Farm while touring as a rock band drummer.

Transitioning to roofing and construction, he developed a passion for roofing and construction and built one of Texas’ top roofing companies. His focus is on growing impeccable companies, mastering roofing systems, building strong partnerships, and fostering MyPro’s Company Culture.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, surfing, skydiving, music, and quality time with family and friends.
