Nestled with timeless character and architectural charm, this Victorian-inspired home in Colleyville demanded precision, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of grit to bring it back to life. With turret-style features, intricate trim work, steep rooflines, a wraparound porch, and detailed exterior accents, this project was far more than a repaint. It was a complete exterior restoration designed to preserve the home’s beauty while protecting it for years to come.
The Challenge
Restoring a home of this scale required careful planning and disciplined execution. Complex elevation changes, multi-story access points, and intricate architectural details demanded custom scaffold systems to safely reach difficult areas while protecting the property throughout construction.
As work progressed, our team uncovered extensive moisture-related deterioration concealed behind existing materials. Damaged siding, trim, and window components required significant wood replacement, while one heavily impacted section had to be removed down to the wall studs so deteriorated materials could be properly rebuilt. Rather than covering over underlying issues, every repair was completed the right way to restore the home’s structural integrity and long-term performance.
